Who We Are
Norfolk Storm is a Division II women's club rugby team committed to promoting our sport, building sportsmanship, and fostering camaraderie within the rugby community.
The club was founded in 1996 by Annie Collier under its original name - Tidewater Storm. The first match was held in the spring of 1996 as an exhibition game against Philly with many more to follow. Annie later went on to become an Eagle leaving behind her legacy that is the team today.
